Want to feel the quality for yourself before committing to a full order? Our Sample Pack lets you experience the look and texture of our most popular products firsthand. It’s the perfect way to compare materials and finishes in your own space before making a final decision.

Choose from our most popular product profiles using the selection options provided. Each pack includes a hand-cut sample of the product, finished in the same oil and treatment as our full-sized offerings, giving you a true sense of the colour, finish, and build.

We only charge a flat fee to cover shipping and handling, and we’ll credit $25.00 back to you when you place a full order.

If you'd like more than one sample type, simply order one sample pack and message us with your order number to request the additional product you’re interested in. We’ll include both in your shipment at no extra cost—one flat shipping fee covers it all.

Sample Pack not helpful

I was after a sample of fencing material to see what it looked like - whether it looked like timber or whether it looked plastic. What I received with the "free" sample pack was a strange assembly of two pieces of aluminium and two pieces of bamboo screwed together. It didn't really help me. And I paid $25 for delivery of the "free" sample, which is clearly more than the delivery was worth - meaning it wasn't really a free sample. I wouldn't have written this "review" except that you have been hassling me by email with 4 emails in 2 weeks.

Hi Robert.
The sample is designed to show the real materials used in our panels, including the bamboo and aluminium frame. Unfortunately, sending a full panel isn’t practical due to size and weight, but we’ll take your feedback onboard to improve the experience.

The shipping fee covers postage and packaging and refundable on purchase. Whilst you dont see the value, we simply cannot send samples free of charge. Apologies for the follow-up emails — we’ve removed you from future contact and changed our review process.
